Improved JSON Packaging

A more robust JSON packaging function for the smart-device should be developed to provide more scalable JSON packaging that doesn’t rely on the programmer to manually update the JSON packaging function.

Problem Statement

The current JSON function manually generates the JSON string due to unusual memory issues with the JSON library that was being used. This method is not scalable and limits the sensor measurememt types to numeric data.
